The burner is designed to reduce energy consuption of preheating aluminum casting molds which require target temperature 150 – 200°C at ceramic molds in order to allow the flow and reduce thermal damage to the casting. The 1.5mm blue flame rings underneath burner direct contact to ceramic mold surface while infrared radiation (less gas) at bottom/top encorage its heat uniformity.
